Welcome to Just For Dogs. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

• ► These terms apply to all our services provided by Just For Dogs, including but not limited to our services.
• ► By signing up or using our services, you confirm that you are the owner or guardian of the Dog and you are responsible for all decisions related to your Dog.

2. Dog Requirements

• All dogs must be:
  • ► Fully vaccinated (including Rabies, DHLPP etc.)
  • ► Free of fleas, ticks and diseases.
  • ► At least 4 months old and socialized.
• ► Proof of vaccination is required for the first service appointment.

3. Health and Emergency Care

• ► In the event of illness or injury, Just For Dogs will take reasonable efforts to contact the owner.
• ► If the owner is uncontactable, Just For Dogs reserves the right to seek care at the owner's expense.
• ► We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions or any untold illness or injury during the stay.

4. Behavior and Safety

• ► Aggressive dogs may be refused or removed from services for safety reasons.
• ► The owner is responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to staff, property, or animals.

5. Drop-Off and Pick-Up

• ► Timing must be strictly followed. Late pickups may incur additional charges.
• ► Unclaimed dogs beyond 3 days without communication will be considered abandoned and handled according to local laws.

6. Booking Policy

A. Boarding Policy

Just For Dogs aims to provide your dog with a safe, comfortable and healthy environment. Please read these important guidelines carefully before making your booking.

1. General Booking Terms

• ► All bookings must be processed in advance using check-in and check-out dates to avoid any confusion.
• ► A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• ► Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• ► Any remaining balance must be settled on or before check-in.

2. Same-Day Booking Policy

• ► Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability.
• ► Full payment must be made immediately to confirm the booking.
• ► Same-day check-in bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the intended check-in time.
• ► We may decline last-minute bookings if basic onboarding requirements (such as vaccination proof or temperament checks) are not met.

3. Extension Policy

• ► Extension requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-out time.
• ► All extensions are subject to availability.
• ► Once approved, fees for extended days must be paid in full and in advance.
• ► If an extension is requested less than 24 hours before check-out, a late fee may apply.

We reserved the right to:

• ► Charge an additional penalty fee.
• ► Take necessary action, which may include notifying authorities after 48 hours without contact or arranging adoption.
• ► To avoid any inconvenience, please follow all terms and procedures carefully.

4. Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

• ► Reschedule requests are treated the same as cancellations in terms of refund eligibility.
• ► New bookings for rescheduled stays are subject to current availability and pricing.

5. Communication and Documentation

• ► All queries regarding bookings, cancellations or extensions will be handled through our official communication channels (WhatsApp or email).
• ► Vaccination records and dog details must be submitted before check-in.
• ► Failure to provide the required documents may result in cancellation without refund.

B. Grooming Policy

• ► Grooming appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

7. Photography and Marketing

We may take photos of your dog during the service and use them for marketing purposes unless you refuse in writing.

8. Responsibility

We take all necessary precautions regarding your dog. However, Just For Dogs is not responsible for:

• ► Injury, illness or death due to natural causes or the behavior of dogs.
• ► Loss of personal items brought with dogs (toys, beds etc.)

Client and dog information is kept confidential and used only for internal records and service improvement.

10. Amendments

Just For Dogs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated via email.
