Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
We understand that plans may change. To ensure proper agreement and process, we have created these guidelines that apply to both cancellations and rescheduling.
Policy Guidelines
- ► Applicability: This policy applies uniformly to both cancellation and rescheduling requests.
- ► Time Calculation: The time difference between the check-in time and the time we are notified of cancellation or reschedule will determine the applicable refund or adjustment.
Refund / Adjustment Slabs

Examples for Clarity
Example 1 – Cancellation:
- Booking date: July 1st, 2025
- Check-in date & time: 2pm on July 5th, 2025
- Cancellation request received: 1pm on July 3rd, 2025
- Time before check-in: 49 hours
- Applicable Refund: 50% of advance amount
Example 2 – Reschedule:
- Booking date: July 1st, 2025
- Check-in date & time: 2pm on July 5th, 2025
- Request received: 1pm on July 3rd, 2025
- New requested date: 2pm on July 10th, 2025
- Time before original check-in: 49 hours
- Adjustment Eligibility: 50% of advance amount will be adjusted; balance to be paid for the new booking
Additional Notes
- ► Refunds will be processed within seven working days as per the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- ► In case of rescheduling, a fresh booking must be made and the eligible refund will be adjusted.
- ► This policy helps us manage resources efficiently and provide the best service to all our customers.
