Extension Policy

Sometimes due to important work or other reasons, you may need to extend your dog's stay at the center beyond the original check-out date. Just For Dogs' extension policy ensures smooth coordination while prioritizing availability and quality of care.

1. Request for Extension

• ► Extension requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-out time.
• ► Extensions are subject to availability of space and cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons.

2. Approval and Charges

• ► If the extension is approved, the additional days will be charged as per the current boarding rates.
• ► Full payment for the extended duration must be made in advance at the time of approval.
• ► No discounts or adjustments will be given in case of early check-out on previous bookings or during extended stays.

3. If You Make a Late Request (Less Than 24 Hours)

• ► Requests received within 24 hours of the original check-out time will be considered last-minute.
• ► These will be approved only if slots are available, and a late extension fee may apply.
• ► In case of unavailability, you must arrange a timely check-out.

4. No-Show on Original Check-Out Date Without Extension

• If no prior extension request is made and the dog is not checked out by the scheduled time, we will:
  • ► Attempt to contact the owner.
  • ► Continue boarding (if possible) and charge for the additional days with a penalty.
  • ► If no response is received within 48 hours, the dog may be considered for shelter transfer or adoption as per our boarding policy.

5. Communication

• ► All extension requests must be made via call or WhatsApp on our official contact number.
• ► Confirmation will be provided only after written acknowledgment and receipt of payment.
